Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
To begin a return, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Gift cards

  • Health and personal care items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once your return is processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that returned items will be received without tracking.
