Shipping Policy

Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control may cause unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience during these moments.


Processing Times

  • Handmade items: Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • Ready-to-ship and dropship items: Usually ship within 3–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed, followed by a second email once your order has shipped. Shipping times shown at checkout refer to the carrier’s transit time and do not include order processing time.


Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected items and delivery address.


International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Status & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at royalcreationsbyacacia@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can assist you.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The refund amount will be the full product cost minus shipping charges.

If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the item and your order number as soon as possible to royalcreationsbyacacia@gmail.com We address situations on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to offer a satisfactory solution.
